Refund & Cancellation
Individualism does not publish fixed prices. Except for the Astrology pages, all work is scoped, agreed and confirmed in conversation before it begins. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work on that basis.
1. How we agree on work
For Performance Marketing, Immigration, Functional Nutrition and Meditation, there is no rate card. Scope, timelines and any fees are discussed on a call and confirmed over WhatsApp or email. Nothing is charged until you have agreed.
2. Cancelling or rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule a session at any time by letting us know. As per our discussion, notice and any adjustments are handled case by case, and we will always try to be fair to both sides.
3. Astrology
Astrology is the only service with fees listed on its pages. Those listed fees apply, and any cancellation or refund on them is handled as discussed with you at the time of booking.
4. Refunds
If a refund is due, its amount and timing will be as per our discussion and confirmed in writing. It is returned via the same method you used to pay.
