Individualism is a New Delhi–based practice run by Hardik Nanda, offering performance marketing, immigration guidance, astrology and meditation, and functional nutrition. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site or booking a service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver the service you ask for. This includes your name, phone number, email address and any details you share when you book a call, message us on WhatsApp or fill in a form. Depending on the service, we may also collect business figures and ad account data (marketing), passport, education and work details (immigration), date, time and place of birth (astrology), and health history, lab reports and lifestyle details (nutrition). You give us this information directly; we do not buy or scrape personal data about you.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to reply to enquiries, schedule and run consultations, prepare charts, strategies, visa roadmaps and nutrition plans, send invoices and follow-ups, and improve our services and this website. We only contact you about marketing or updates if you have asked us to, and you can opt out at any time. We never use your birth details, health information or immigration documents for any purpose other than the service you requested.
3. Cookies & analytics
This site uses a small number of cookies and privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people find us. These help us fix problems and improve the site, and do not identify you personally. We may use advertising pixels to measure the performance of our own campaigns. 4. Sharing & third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us operate, such as Google Calendar for booking calls, WhatsApp for messaging, payment processors for fees, and our website hosting and analytics tools. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information if required by law, or with your explicit consent, for example when submitting documents to an immigration authority on your behalf.
5. Data retention & security
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Sensitive documents and health or birth details are stored with restricted access, and we use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No online system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive details over unsecured channels.
6. Your rights
You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to request that it be deleted, and to withdraw consent for how we use it. You can also ask us to stop sending you messages at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days, and may need to verify your identity first.
